You might have heard that the Ibanez RG350MDX is a very good guitar. Yes, you heard right. It is indeed a very good guitar. However, there are reasons why this very good guitar might NOT be the very best for you. Here are situations that should be considered…
i. If you are still too junior to use such a guitar. Believe me, there are guitars for learners and outright beginners. I believe it’s better to start with those. In fact I think it’s much better to start learning on a cheap acoustic guitar. That way, you won’t have to invest in too many things at first — So you won’t have too much on your hands if you later decide the guitar is NOT for you.
ii. Good as the RG350MDX might be, it’s NOT ideal for every level of player. If you are a really advanced player then you might want to go for something that’s your size. Well, that’s unless you want this particular baby for some of its peculiar feature. And who says you can’t tweak it to meet your high taste?
